Hello,
we are in the middle of the financing inquiry at the bank and the question arises whether I could apply for a KFW 124 loan directly after a positive approval of the financing, in order to modernize the house accordingly and get a low interest rate for it. This would be over a 10-year term running parallel to the bank loan.
Is my way of thinking reasonable or are there any alternatives?
