Is it possible to increase the floor height for a sectional door afterwards?

for our large basement door (3.06x2.18m) I am considering a sectional door. The basement floor is regular concrete without tiles. I would like a sectional door. However: how (wind-)tight is such a door and what if I want to tile the floor after a few years. Will the top segment of the door still close properly, or will there be a gap then?

As a rule, there is usually a rubber lip at the bottom that should be able to absorb the little extra height. If necessary, the end position can also be adjusted (possibly depending on the drive, with Hörmann it works). However, the movement inward at the upper edge occurs relatively quickly, there is not much room.

A normal sectional garage door is little to not at all windproof; they are not designed for that. However, there are all kinds, up to insulated sectional doors for (deep) freezers... The costs are correspondingly ice cold.
