Hello,
we intend to buy a terraced house that is yet to be built. The plot to be developed was shown to us once by the realtor. We also had to sign a commission agreement (5%) in case the contract is concluded. However, the construction development company subsequently sold the entire project to a developer, and this developer offers the remaining terraced houses directly, i.e., without a realtor. Are we still bound to the realtor agreement, or can we still switch directly to the developer? (We have not yet signed the purchase contract)
Thank you very much for your answers.
