Nilson & Co will definitely help you, but please note, there are also other aids, e.g. the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, various consumer protection associations; federations, etc., because several opinions are better than just one!

In my experience, the contract design is absolutely irrelevant. Much more important is that the client intends to pay for services beyond the initial contract award. If they plan it differently, then all regulations exist that destroy the value of the agreed and additionally performed work by the contractor. At the latest when lawyers are involved.

In what nonsense? My contribution is the everyday encounter of contracting parties and sad that this may be distorted with even more regulations.
