completely neutral, just for understanding: What do you consider "unfair" about it?
Gladly.
Offers negotiated between two parties are confidential documents. Very often this is also stated in the offer. I consider it unfair to break this confidentiality with a publication. I find it unfortunate when you can no longer rely on the word of the other party. This applies equally to the seller as well as to the buyer.
I see that price comparisons of offers can fundamentally contribute to a desirable price transparency for us buyers. I definitely welcome this goal.
I do not like the choice of means. I value the ability to rely on each other higher than the value of price transparency. Of course, one can argue that reliability has already become problematic. I agree with that. At the same time, I think it is wrong for this reason to further undermine reliability with this notice.
Theoretically, I could also open a "regulars' table" for builders in the region through an ad, and everyone brings all their documents and discusses them together.
Of course you could do that; it would no longer be a publication like in the public forum. In that form, there is already a very big difference. Not easy to draw a line.
Perhaps one can determine it by asking oneself whether one would be okay with this approach if one were in the other party’s position.
