Hello and happy new year!

Here in Bremerhaven, there is the Klima-Haus, where several artistic exhibitions imitate the different climate zones of the Earth. There is an area called "Samoa" where relatively high temperatures prevail and a light is installed that basically triggers summer feelings. I find it quite amazing how pleasant this light feels in combination with the temperature.

I now want to take this experience into account when building a house or bring this topic up for discussion... I am thinking of full-spectrum lighting in certain areas of the house. For example, in the bathroom.

What do you think of that? Does anyone have something like this, and what is the general opinion on the topic of light temperature in living spaces?

This is much less of a problem with LED than one might think. Basically, the only question is which color temperature you choose. The spectrum of daylight is already much closer than the "yellow" spectrum. Since there is a lot of information and marketing on this topic on the internet, it does no harm to familiarize yourself with the basics of color temperature, lumens, and their effects on humans.
