Hello everyone,

we are planning to realize our dream of owning a home in the form of a new build in 2 to 3 years.

We have about 30,000 euros in equity and want to save up to about 50,000 euros by then.

Together we have a net income of 3,200 euros per month.

Our family planning (second child, wife goes back to work) should be completed by then.

Now to the financing data:

The total cost of the prefabricated house including land is about 300,000 euros. After deducting our equity, a loan of about 250,000 euros would have to be financed.

Is a home financing realistic with this data, or what would one have to pay monthly here?

I would be very grateful for your help.

Regards

Christian

Currently, the interest rates are great. If possible, you could start considering it today. In 2-3 years, they will no longer be as good. Financing does not only depend on equity, but also on other factors, such as interest rate trends, [Zinsbindung] and repayment, etc. Just go to Interhyp and have it calculated by Interhyp.
