Hello,
our developer has presented the following heating concept:
- Fujitsu Siemens air-to-water heat pump for supplying the underfloor heating
- Fujitsu Siemens exhaust air heat pump for heating the domestic hot water with a 300L tank
- Exhaust air in the bathrooms and kitchen, possibly additional rooms depending on what the energy consultant says
- The supply air is provided through membranes in the windows.
In my opinion, it is an advantage that the pump "outside" only has to supply the 35-degree flow temperature. While the pump for the domestic hot water hopefully never has to process subzero temperatures :)
On the other hand, I think that through these membranes, the outside air comes in 1:1. So in summer too warm, in winter too cold. There would be nothing gained if the underfloor heating in winter has to warm up all the cold air again. Or am I imagining it too dramatically?
Does anyone have experience with this setup? Is it generally advisable to avoid it, or is it, as often, not so easy to answer?
