Hello!

In the building permit under conditions No. 4 it states that the structural safety certificate must be checked by a state-certified expert.

It concerns a double garage to be built in a new development area in NRW.

Unfortunately, the architect and at the same time the state-certified expert are stuck in Spain, and we wanted to start construction on short notice.

However, I have also read in the NRW state building code that this certificate or structural analysis is required for garages from 100m2 upwards.

What is the situation, do I even need these certificates with the construction start notification?

Thank you.

You can submit those later! Take pictures of the probation, etc. But just ask him if that would be okay for him. Otherwise, look for someone else.

Call the office. Someone probably clicked the wrong text module.

Is there also a reason or legal basis for this?
