Is a lime-gypsum plaster possible in the utility room?

would you be concerned about the moisture problem in the utility room if it gets a lime-gypsum plaster?

There is an exhaust vent with 35 m³/h in the room.

The lime-gypsum plaster can also absorb the moisture and dries out again after a few days. What was the disadvantage of lime-gypsum plaster in wet rooms again? That it becomes softer when exposed to moisture, right?

Or should one maybe paint with a dispersion paint so that the lime-gypsum plaster is not so exposed to moisture.

No. It is nothing special or good or bad. It is ok.

We applied lime in the utility room because it is a potential wet room. Today, I would say it is not necessary, but of course it doesn't do any harm either. I find the room overall unproblematic.

On the contrary, the combination is well suited. Precisely because it can absorb and release some moisture, it acts in a regulating manner. The lime inhibits susceptibility to mold.
