In the food retail sector, fittings with instantaneous water heaters are now being offered. The heating power is 3 KW.

What about the fuse in this case? I have B16 circuit breakers in the apartment distribution. However, I could also install stronger breakers if this is allowed. On the internet, I found a specification for a similar product stating a minimum of 20 A and 1.5 mm² wire diameter.

Are such instantaneous water heaters recommended?

These are mini instantaneous water heaters. Little warm water (warm, not hot). Ideal for the guest bathroom or for the kitchen if you usually use the dishwasher anyway. Washing up, showering, etc. is definitely not possible. The possible power of the 16A fuse is calculated with A x V = watts, so 16x230=3.6kW. If the mini instantaneous water heater is the only one connected, it is okay. If other kitchen appliances are connected, it does not fit.
