Good day,

I would like to learn something about the communication between the fire department and the building supervisory authorities. For example, when the drawings for the building permit are sent to the building supervisory authority.
1. How do the building supervisory authorities receive feedback from the fire protection authority?
2. What are the requirements of the fire protection authority?
3. How do they calculate, for example, the escape route?
4. How does the documentation flow take place from the building supervisory authorities to other authorities, e.g., municipality, fire department?
Any documentation or feedback is requested. If you do not understand my question, please ask me again.
Thank you very much for your time!!

I believe this is not the right forum for your questions. The requirements vary not only between the federal states, but the procedural processes for participations also differ significantly from municipality to municipality within the federal states.

What do you expect? Even if an employee of the professional fire brigade who writes building regulation statements were present here, you would only have the procedure for that specific authority.

Either you start a mass inquiry at all building permit authorities for statistical evaluation, or you specifically contact selected municipalities for an exemplary description of the different procedural processes.

For a scientific paper, referencing the house construction forum as a source will in any case not be sufficient. If you want usable answers, do as Escroda suggested: Have several municipalities describe their local process as examples.
