Interior wall insulation wet - How to dry rock wool / glass wool?

Hello,

since the gutter in the partition wall has been more or less leaking for years, which is now being relocated outside the masonry. How do I get the stone wool / glass wool dry again or remove it? The area is about 15 m2.
