Insure the building plot until construction begins

Hello everyone,

Could you please tell us if you have insured your building plot in any way before the start of construction?

It is currently still just a meadow; in the fully developed area, 18 single-family homes are being built. So far, only the boundary stones have been set everywhere, and the cables and roads have been laid. However, all plots have already been sold to private individuals.

It is included in my personal liability insurance... maybe check it there.

We have taken out a household and property liability insurance for 46.48 euros per year.

(In unserer Haus- und Grundstückshaftpflicht für das jetzige selbstbewohnte Haus ist das neue Grundstück nicht dabei und da sie bereits seit 1947 läuft, wollten wir daran nichts ändern.)
