Insurance for construction helpers and builders

we are about to build our house soon. Since we will also be working with a few construction helpers, we naturally want to insure them accordingly. This is usually done through the BG Bau. However, since my father will probably help much more, he might not be insured through BG Bau.

How can I cover something like that? In addition, I would like to know how I can insure myself as the builder? Private accident insurance?

what do you want to insure? that you are treated in the hospital if you fall down the ladder? for that you are legally insured. or is it about money if you cannot work? an accident insurance usually pays for disability points (foot off or an eye poked out or something like that), not for a broken foot for 3 weeks. it can be different, but i don't know of any. the construction helpers are insured through the BG, be sure to register in advance (they usually register themselves). there is also a lot of paperwork with a detailed list of who did what when and where. otherwise, there is still the occupational disability insurance, which gives you compensation payments in case of inability to work.

According to the "definition" (rather examples) of BG Bau, none of the construction helpers are insured with BG Bau in my case (favor).
