Insulating the basement ceiling. Which formwork and Styrofoam to use for the ceiling?

time-consuming, sure. Expensive, definitely not. I do all of it myself. I insulated the ceiling of my garage with Styrofoam. That was really hard work until I got the cast ceiling reasonably smooth. That's why this construction.
