Installing cork flooring

Hello, I have a question: we would like to equip our new living room with cork flooring. We have already chosen a supplier from whom we will purchase the panels. What should be considered? Thank you in advance, Susi

Hello Susi,

there are several things to consider:
1) Underfloor heating? - If yes, then it should only be installed glued, if no, clicking is also possible
2) If glued, the substrate must be pretreated (screed completely sanded, filled, etc.) so that it is smooth enough
3) Sealing desired? For glued cork, the surface should be sealed
For click cork: Can be installed just like laminate. Also think about what kind of baseboard you want to use!
