Hello,

I have received information from the site manager to install the light wells 30cm below the top edge of the basement (OK RFB). The exception here is the light well in the terrace area. This should be 15cm below OK RFB.

What I don't understand is why the light well in the terrace area should be 15cm higher? I want the terrain around the house as well as the terrace to be on the same level.

Can someone explain this to me?

Best regards
Micha

If you go to a terrace area where there is living space underneath, unfortunately that is the case. A normal floor construction is about 17 cm. If you go out at ground level, you can easily adjust the terrain. We go out of the ground floor at ground level onto our balcony. The terrace is above the bedroom on the basement level. Here the floor construction is about 28 cm. Thus a step of 12-15 cm.
