Installation height of Förkyld in Ikea Metod tall cabinet?

we are currently busy setting up our new kitchen. Now we have read in the instructions that the refrigerator (height 120 cm) should be installed with just 12 cm distance from the bottom of the tall cabinet.

Did we make a mistake in the planning, or is it now actually common to install the refrigerator so low? I imagine it is quite unergonomic if you always have to bend down to reach the lower compartments. What other options would there be? The tall cabinet has a height of 220 cm. Could we, for example, install the refrigerator at a height of 30 cm and integrate a drawer or something similar underneath?

I see no reason why the refrigerator should not be installed higher and, for example, why [40 - 140 - 40] should not be used as the front division.

Could there possibly be issues with stability? I ask because according to the instructions, the refrigerator should always be installed in the lowest area.

Maybe they did not want to create and print instructions for all possibilities. The bottom holds the side panels together and the body is attached to the wall. There can be no stability issues. There is no back panel in the middle. Is this supposed to create a special upward draft for ventilation? In any case, make sure that there is space for air circulation behind the compartment above the refrigerator.
