Good day,

What is to be thought of an infrared heater?
Currently, we heat our approximately 110 sqm single-family house with gas.
Since it is not well insulated, we have an energy consumption of around
32,000 KWh per year (+/-).

These IRFlachHeizungsanbieter websites explain that with such an IRFlachHeizung we should only need about 6.9 KWh?!

Can someone help me understand how that is supposed to work?

Regards

Hello,
It depends on the application!
Since when does a technical solution have anything to do with demand? That will hardly be possible. Popular deception and customer acquisition! Demand and consumption are two completely different things!

Best regards.

Hello,
definitely NO.
Infrared has no advantage.
You could also put a regulator in the room. The same consumption and the same feeling of warmth...
Look into climate split units...
