Information material + brochures about the house

Hello everyone,
our planned construction of a single-family house next year is now slowly moving into the preparation phase.
In order to have some knowledge about what I am talking about, I would like to gather some information. There are certainly enough brochures on the internet, but to save myself the long search, I came across the forum here.

What would be particularly interesting for me:

Chimney
Fireplace systems
Heating systems

of course, it should be free.
