Hello everyone,
our development plan stipulates that driveway and paths on the property may only be paved with insurable material in the required width.
The question now is whether there are any experiences regarding whether this can in principle also be compensated alternatively with a slope and infiltration next to the sidewalk (but of course still on the property) or by directing the water into a cistern, if non-insurable material is used. Has anyone in their community already had experience with exemptions in this regard? Unfortunately, I have not been able to look into the justification for the development plan yet.
I am aware that I will not get a definitive answer here – just want to hear if anyone has tried this and if so, with what result. Contact with the responsible administrative staff will definitely still take place.
Thanks a lot in advance!
