Indoor climate in the passive house

I find the passive house quite fascinating and am considering whether I should choose this living concept. But how is the indoor climate? I cannot imagine that the ventilation system can provide a good indoor climate. Maybe there is someone here who lives in a passive house and can tell me how the comparison to a house with normal ventilation turns out.

From a hygienic point of view, the indoor air of a passive house would definitely be [bei regelmäßiger Wartung des Lüftungssystems]. For high demands on certain humidity levels (musical instruments, artworks, valuable wooden antiques), precautions would have to be taken together with a specialist planner to ensure possibly required humidity levels.
