Important information for self-demolition of a small house

Hello, I bought a plot of land with an old house on it, one story with an attic, gable roof, footprint 4.5 x 8.5m, built around 1950, and a barn. A hoarder lived there, so everything possible has been collected.

What should be considered if I demolish the house, first strip everything out and then proceed from top to bottom...

what you definitely need is a demolition permit. You can’t just demolish something like that.
Check with your responsible building authority about the requirements.

I don't need a demolition permit, I have already inquired because it is under 100m³ of room volume or something like that
