Good morning,
We would have liked to take advantage of the ILB funding, but our property is just outside the designated area. Now, two companies told us that there is no chance, and two others said that this is not a problem and the architect could simply apply for an extension of the designated area. It would just be one letter and it would just need to be signed by the city, but it would not be a problem.
Are some too lazy to submit the applications or are the others exaggerating and it is actually not possible?
Thank you very much in advance.
P.S. I have already posted my question elsewhere in the forum under a post, but I think it is more appropriate here.
