Ikea Uggdal sliding doors Pax / built-in

Hello,
we have a problem installing our UGGDAL sliding doors (Pax 150x236).

We were able to hang them easily, but they do not slide past each other, so we cannot attach the lower hooks of the front sliding door! :(

Who has done this before and can help us?
Please reply soon, we can't make progress like this!

did you build everything exactly according to the instructions? Otherwise, it’s better to take it out again and go through all the steps one by one; in the confusion of the manual, it’s easy to forget even the tiniest step.

If it really won’t work, please don’t keep trying until something breaks, but take a photo and bring it to the [EH], they will then send a field service technician.
