Ikea SULTAN FJORDGARD Mattress

Hello,
we have bought a SULTAN FJORDGARD mattress and would now like to know which side is the top? It has a SULTAN label sewn into one corner.

Hi! I have the same question - what exactly does "oben" mean?

Oben = The sign is to be read when the mattress is on the bed?
Oben = The sign must be readable at the head side - that would then be top left in the corner

Maybe it doesn't matter how the mattress lies - that is, where the feet or head are?
