Hello!

Less than 2 years ago I bought a complete kitchen and among other things the Ringskär soap dispenser to be installed in the countertop. It stopped working months ago, of course only the internal mechanism that transports the soap when operated. So I finally went to customer service. The lady at the counter looked at me desperately because several customers had already come in with the same problem, but they no longer carry the product and cannot reorder either the product itself or any individual/spare parts?! She told me that it was decided internally to send customers with these problems to the hardware stores and simply reimburse them the money for a suitable spare part. Of course I was at a hardware store, but there they just looked at me bewildered and said it was hopeless and they cannot supply such a spare part either, let alone carry it in their range.

Completely incomprehensible why Ikea comes up with the stupid idea to discontinue exactly such a product. Because the holes in the countertops for this soap dispenser are unfortunately already there!

I am new here in the forum, is the problem with this Ringskär soap dispenser perhaps already known? Are there solutions/ideas? Possibly equivalent replacements from other manufacturers?

Hello,
the hole where the detergent comes out was often clogged for me until I diluted the detergent.

As a replacement, there is the Torre from Blanco.

I would replace the entire unit. Either a branded product from a sanitary specialist retailer's catalog (which can quickly become triple-digit) or something of different quality again, like it was with Ringskär.

So... my Ringskär worked without problems for 13! years and I often wash by hand, it was used regularly. Now the plastic bottle broke at the thread.

That’s the topic - Chinakram-. (where do the other manufacturers probably make their stuff?)
@fleptin... and the links to that...
-Free Shipping to Germany via China Post Registered Air Mail-
Doesn’t sound like "Made in Germany" either.

I also find it annoying that there are no spare parts, but after 13 years that’s rather normal...
I think it’s a pity that FLIPSNS was not informed that this model is already so old.
If FLIPSNS still has the bottle and wants to sell it... gladly a proposal to me.
Greetings from Berlin! AnnaT

The links were defined examples with Chinese goods anyway, I think it should be clear to everyone with Aliexpress. Just wanted to help in case someone is desperately looking for Ringskär spare parts very cheaply. These replacement donors fit just as well into the already cut-out holes for RIngslär and are constructed very similarly.
