Ikea RINGHULT side panels, colored on both sides?

Hi! Another question. I'm bombarding you! ;)

Are the cover panels of the Ringhult cabinets colored on both sides or only on the outside? Since they stick out a bit, I suspect on both sides, but I'm not sure. I would like to build a wall shelf from a 39 cm cover panel and several of the stainless steel shelf brackets shown below.
