I almost went crazy yesterday and need help!!!

Does the red marked part have to be pulled out or will something be placed on it? I have already turned it at the front, but nothing happens.



According to the diagram, a screw foot like the two in front goes on it. But definitely nothing was included.

The foot is missing, the [Schnecke] adjusts it in height. Was it missing?

Isn't the gray part the foot? The snail engages there, right? What do you observe when you turn the snail? Does it turn into empty space? Or does it perhaps skip because the foot was screwed in too tightly during assembly?

the part can be unscrewed on the front side with a Torx screwdriver, or a support foot then slides out at the spot marked in red. However, this support foot was also very tight for me, so I first had to loosen it with pliers. After that, everything worked smoothly.
