IKEA PAX wardrobe - problem with captive nut

Hello dear community. My mother-in-law ordered a room from Ikea, which we now wanted to assemble together. We wanted to start with the wardrobe. At step 5, where you were supposed to attach the two insert nuts into the base plate, we are failing. The nut was hammered in, but when we try to screw in the long screw with the black plastic part, the nut comes out of the plate again, and if you pull slightly, you have the nut and screw in your hand. Can someone help?

Did you drive the Mutter into the correct side of the wooden board? And also into the correct hole? Screw the "Bolzen" in only a few threads - adjustment is done at the end. Take another close look at the instructions. Especially at the back, where the adjustment is explained.
