IKEA PAX sliding doors glass panel installation frame non-flush

I am quite new here and quite desperate

I have the following problem. I bought 2 Pax cabinets and assembled them very easily. At first, I also had no problems with the doors. I was able to assemble and hang 3 of them nicely without any major issues.

Now with the 4th door, it suddenly doesn’t work anymore. After placing the 4 glass panes onto the frame, I have to insert the lower element at the bottom in step 11. But this no longer fits cleanly. This element is not flush with the side element.


I hope someone knows this problem and can help me, I have already tried to rebuild the frame about 7 times.

If I understand the problem correctly, then the frame is basically assembled correctly, only in one corner the holes do not align, i.e., in the frame they are either too high or in the connecting bracket too low. You have the same door which was easy to install. Then just measure to see if the holes in the frame or bracket were drilled incorrectly and you might need to exchange the part.

No, the problem is the frame at the bottom is already not flush... As if something is disrupting the connection. I can't insert the lower part cleanly...

I just assembled 4m Pax with sliding doors over the weekend and know the problem. First, you have to make sure that the corner connectors are inserted correctly - there are guide ribs in the profiles and if anything is crooked or wrong, the parts will never be flush.

It was the same for me that the inserted corner didn’t fit perfectly, like in your picture, but as long as the corner connectors are mounted correctly, a gentle tap with the rubber mallet fixed it.
