I want to switch from revolving doors to sliding doors. I would like doors in birch, since these are no longer sold, I found Paxtüren on the internet (1 birch door - 1 mirror). According to the listing, they are 2x2 m in size. Can I normally mount these doors on my two 100x201 cm cabinets? Do you still know these doors? I believe they have not been in the range for a while. How about the dampers?

Hello, these are the first Pax Malm doors, about 10 years old. They are constructed differently from the doors currently sold. There are rollers mounted at the bottom of the doors on which they run. Replacements for broken rollers have been searched for several times. Ikea does not provide spare parts for them. The doors cannot be damped.

So would you rather advise against a purchase?

I don't know if the rollers are more stable than the named ones, but I would rather buy new ones.

But there is no Pax Birke in the range anymore, or am I mistaken? I'm from Austria.

We still have them here. Do you live far from the border?
