IKEA PAX sliding door damper problem

I bought the Pax wardrobe with sliding doors, as well as the dampers for it. On the right side, the dampers engage. But on the left side, where the door is further away, they engage into empty space. What am I doing wrong? I actually installed everything according to the plan. Thank you very much for your help

What exactly is meant by [Dämpfer]? The cladding on the left and right?

So I have not installed any such dampers.
My suspicion:
Probably the one door still needs to be adjusted a bit.
That is stated in my door manual on the last page.
