Hello!

I have set up Pax and now I wanted to insert the boards.

There are these "packets" that usually lie at the very top at Ikea. Can anyone tell me how many holes need to be left free?

The same question concerns the distance of the wardrobe rods from the shelf above - any recommendation?

Hello, which "saddlebags"? They probably have a name.

Regarding the distance of the rod from the ground, I would recommend experimenting. Depending on the bracket and habit of taking it off, as well as clothing sizes, a smaller or larger distance may be sensible.

Hi!

Thanks - but I think I expressed myself a bit unclearly. By the floor at the clothes racks I did NOT mean the floor but the board above it. .-)

Hi

You mean something like SKUBB or GARNITYR, right?

Check what you want, the dimensions are given for all, including the height, take a tape measure and measure.
For the clothes rod, I would leave a good hand’s width of space to the upper shelf so that you can easily hang and remove the hangers.
Or take your longest piece of clothing with hanger and hold it so that it doesn’t drag on the floor at the bottom; at this height, fix the clothes rod.

If in doubt, take a tape measure, measure everything and do a bit of calculating.

Best regards

That's exactly what I meant. If you quickly pull the hanger up out of the closet, you need a little more space above the rod; if you do it normally, then a little less.
