Ikea Morebo - Billy door / wooden panel stuck in the door

Can you take a picture of the back of the door?

Could it be that there is still a transport lock? Or that there might be other locks as well. Have you tried pressing it out slightly?

Otherwise, I don't know what else to do. Probably only Ikea can help.
