Ikea Metod wall cabinet, looking for spare parts/combinations

Hi,
is it possible that the attachment cabinets, which are placed on top of the tall cabinets, only exist in 60cm width as wall cabinets for refrigerators?
For the 40cm tall cabinet there is a normal attachment cabinet, but not for the much more common 60cm one?
Or am I blind?
Can individual cabinet parts (in my case cabinet bottom and top) also be obtained as spare parts, or do I have to cobble something together from a second cabinet?

Maybe someone has faced the same problem and can give me a tip

So I only find the wall cabinets for refrigerators, but what speaks against it?
Does the cutout in the floor bother you? You can't see it anyway.
And the grid that you screw in at the back is there so that nothing falls through.
