Ikea Metod tall cabinet for built-in refrigerator with drawer below

Hello! In my current kitchen (not from Ikea) I have a built-in fridge in the size of Avkyld (niche height approx. 122 cm) with a drawer underneath. We find it very comfortable that the fridge is therefore positioned a bit higher and the drawer is of course also quite practical. As far as I can see, this option is not available with Metod - the fridge is always installed at the very bottom in the tall cabinet. Is that really the case, and what is the reason behind it? You can assemble everything as you like, as long as the dimensions fit.
