IKEA METOD door as a drawer, drilling template needed

Hello everyone,

I have a small problem with a drawer front of my kitchen. The front is actually a door and therefore has no drill holes for the Maximera drawers. I am sure that I ordered this template as well. But unfortunately, it is missing. Is this template available anywhere as a PDF to print out?
