Ikea LUNDSKÄR mixer tap with drain valve

I have the above-mentioned faucet installed in two bathrooms. Unfortunately, we have very bad water here and I have a high wear on the aerators (or also called flow restrictors (5.7 l/min)).

Does anyone have an idea where I can get them?

Yes, I know, go to the store and get them. Is there another option??
