Ikea Kulinarisk oven after pyrolysis

I performed the pyrolysis for the first time on the Kulinarisk. According to the instructions, I removed all loose parts, but the sliding rails and telescopic rails remained (could not be removed?). Now the metal of the rails is completely dull and it no longer "rolls" smoothly when pulled out. Did I do something wrong?
