Ikea Kitchen Faktum; Rationell drawer

Hello community,
we have taken over an old Ikea Faktum kitchen.
Since it was quite used, we wanted new fronts and full-extension drawers for the drawers.

At ERH Hamburg Moorfleet, we were told that the fronts for 50cm-wide base cabinets were no longer available.
So we bought a pull-out pantry for the 50cm cabinet and three full-extension drawers for the 40cm ones.

Now, over the weekend, we have been installing the new drawer rails into the old 40cm Faktum carcasses.
That worked, but the fronts are now protruding.
In the cabinet, I have one small, one medium, and one tall front; the small one fits perfectly at the top, the large one fits perfectly at the bottom, but the medium one does not.
It overlaps either at the top or bottom with the adjacent front.
I have already adjusted the drawer runners one step up/down... it doesn’t fit....

Are we doing something wrong...

My hope was the phone consultation mentioned in the assembly instructions... unfortunately, it seems this has not been available in Germany for 2 years...

That is really quite disappointing....

Welcome first of all and a warm "Moin, Moin" to my old home Hamburg.

If I understand correctly, you can’t close the drawer because it then either rests on the front piece above or below. So that means it sticks out about 5mm to 10mm too far up or down... Right???

If I remember correctly, there are 4 holes in a square on the rail. What if you try the upper or lower (I don’t know which one is supposed to be used) hole? The front (or rear) holes would then be out.

What about the adjustment???
If you remove the cap on the side of the drawer again, you can correct the front right, left, up, down, if it is not the above-mentioned 10 mm.

But the drawer only protrudes either at the top or the bottom, right? Not both at the same time.
Check if maybe you installed the upper or lower drawer one hole too high or too low, so that the problem isn’t caused by the middle drawer...

The fronts:
Were there 3 boxes each containing one front, or were there 2 boxes, the upper drawer front in one and the two lower ones in another box? If you had three boxes, then either the middle or the lower one is wrong. But I don’t think this is the case, is it?

Let me know where the problem was if you managed to solve it. If you haven’t found anything, write again, maybe we can still find a solution.
