Ikea Hemnes bed - Solid wood?

Hello everyone,

I have a question.
We find the headboard solution on the old Hemnes beds nicer.
We have now also found a used one.
Now my question: Is it, like the new beds, also solid wood?
And how are the support surfaces for the slatted frames?
I mean the ones on the outer sides.
