Hi everyone,

I am currently putting together a desk combination with galant.
I have two 120x60 desks standing side by side. Can these be supported in the middle, where both touch, with a single leg or does each desk need its own leg? My assumption is that unfortunately each desk needs its own leg, but maybe there is a possibility.
I have planned T-legs at the moment, but could also use A-legs in the middle if those work.

Thanks and regards

Unfortunately, that is not possible because the legs have prefabricated brackets that are not adjustable. I'm sorry.

It is possible to use two tabletops/frames and 6 legs (A-legs, or 3 T-legs) by firmly connecting the frames together. You can do this with a metal bracket that has corresponding threads on both sides, or with a wooden block that fits exactly into the tubes and that you then screw in with wood screws. The question, of course, is whether you want to go to the trouble, since a set of A-legs in silver only costs 20 euros. Before you buy 3 sets of T-legs (a total of 120 euros), I would rather buy 4 sets of A-legs for 80 euros, because A-legs are also more stable than T-legs (since they are screwed in at two points slightly apart instead of just one point), even if it doesn't look that way visually.

Thank you very much for your answers. I am a bit stressed at the moment and therefore forgot to respond to the first reply right away, sorry  Before I buy, I definitely wanted to take another live look at the legs, because in the photos the A-legs really don’t look that much more stable than the T-legs. Couldn’t you also connect the two frames and then use A-legs? :D I’m not concerned about the effort; I’d rather invest a bit more time than have to get annoyed every time I look at the "stupid" appearance.
