Ikea Faktum sink base cabinet, crossbar and back panel position

in the assembly instructions for my Faktum sink base cabinet, it is very clear at what height the metal crossbar on the back must be installed and that the half back panel should fit very precisely flush at the top. But the crossbar is exactly in front of the drain pipe and overall my water connection is very high. Is it advisable to relocate the crossbar and perhaps also make the back panel a bit lower? Does this have any impact on the stability?

That is a good question whether that has to do with the stability. I myself do not have this cabinet. But this spot was probably not chosen for the crossbar without reason.

I had the same problem recently and moved the rod and even installed everything without a back panel. The countertop holds everything securely for me.
