Hello everyone,
I am a big Ikea fan although I sometimes have small questions.
Almost 5 years ago I bought the Ikea double sink domsjö, which is still available in the range.
However, yesterday my siphon broke off and I immediately went to buy a new siphon....
The advice and purchase went as well as always. When I got home, I got straight to work.
While installing, I immediately noticed that there were small changes to the siphon Atlant and I also immediately realized why my siphon had broken....
When I installed it 5 years ago, I found that the stainless steel screws supplied to attach the drain to the bottom valve were about 5cm too short. The siphon has changed, but the stainless steel screws are still about 5cm too short.
Now I have used different screws again, which I will replace today with stainless steel screws.
Unfortunately, I cannot get the left side under the sink 100% watertight, does anyone have a tip?
Somehow the sealing rubber under the drain is not sealing properly.
Thanks for your help,
Käse
