Ikea/director's chair purchased 07.1991. Looking for designation / replacement covers

Hi Ikea fans,
I have director's chairs from 1991. The frame is still in top condition today, unfortunately the fabrics of the seat surfaces are coming apart.
Therefore my questions to you:
1.) I have no indication of the model name, can anyone recognize the model from the picture?
2.) I am looking for replacement covers, does anyone know a source for replacement covers, has anyone already had such covers tailor-made by a specialist?
