Ikea Besta Framsta / Assembly

Hello everyone,

I have purchased a Besta / Framsta combination that looks approximately like this, but with only (4) panels on the left side. On the right side, instead of panels, there are Besta cabinets of the same height. My questions:

1.) Is there an installation manual for the Framsta panels?
2.) At which and how many points must the panel be attached to the wall? As mentioned, there are 4 panels, one of which is a base element and 3 are add-on elements. The TV device to be mounted weighs about 25 KG.
3.) Can I assume that 8 mm wall plugs with 5x50 mm screws on a concrete wall provide sufficient support?

I still have an instruction... but basically it's simple... you just have to insert the wall mounting things in the second to last cross brace and screw them to the wall there... but I can also scan it and send it... I don't know if screws are enough... as a woman, I don't know much about that :D
