Ikea Besta dresser with Selsviken drawer problem

Good evening,

I hope you can help me. I bought a dresser from Besta. There should be two doors at the bottom and two drawers at the top. It was possible to plan this with the planner (directly in the Ikea store) and the lady there had no objections. Now I have assembled it and the drawer - despite the soft-closing drawer slides - does not hold properly or either the slide is positioned too high or I cannot open it because it then falls off the door below. This is strange.

is it the 15 cm high drawer carcass? Did you install the front as shown in the assembly instructions on p. 9 instead of p. 10?

yes, it is the 60x15x40 carcass. But unfortunately, no matter how I assemble it, either it rubs or the gap is too large. So I tried the instructions on page 9 and 10.

Is the shelf sitting higher than the lower front, or does it just look like that in the picture? Or, does the lower front almost exactly align with the bottom of the corpus?
