IKEA BESTA Drawer/Full-extension Mounting Issues

Hello everyone,

I currently have a problem with the Besta drawers. For me, these good pieces do not even fit between the rails, not to mention rubbing/scraping as reported elsewhere here in the forum! Could it be that the side walls of Besta are not positioned correctly (I missed the wooden dowels known from Billy during assembly!). If so, then I would have to open the clamps again and make sure that the walls are positioned again, further outside.

Does anyone know this problem?

I don't know the problem...

Are holes for the dowels intended? Are any mentioned in the instructions? If not, then none are intended either.

It's best to disassemble the drawer again and start from the beginning, checking each step once more. Usually that works...
